Quality Policy

Quality, Environment and Energy Policy

Our Quality, Environment and Energy Policy has been devised and laid down by the senior executive together with the management team, to ensure that it is understood, upheld and implemented at all levels; the details of this policy are as follows:

Our company’s long-term development is fundamentally grounded on the high quality standard of our products and careful use of the resources employed. Our customers regard us as an important supplier of the products and services we offer. To enable us to expand our customer base, we want to build on this position by operating a process of constant quality enhancement.

We want to both avoid defects and rectify all sources of defect, regardless of the department in which it is discovered, from management to development, planning, production, quality assurance and despatch. The aim is to achieve a constant improvement in product quality accompanied by a continuous reduction in defect-related costs. Above all, the task of securing continuous quality is the responsibility of every employee and is monitored by our management system.

Whatever the activity, all employees are called upon to use resources economically and to ensure that waste is avoided whenever possible. If waste is unavoidable, all employees are required to employ the refuse sorting system which is in place, to ensure that a maximum proportion of waste is recycled.

We are committed to handling our resources responsibly by reducing our long-term energy consumption and by undergoing a constant process of enhancement to increase our energy efficiency. Energy consumption and energy flows are continually identified and systematically evaluated. We regularly identify and evaluate our energy performance and draw up programmes promoting energy efficiency for the purpose of optimising our energy efficiency. The management evaluates the ongoing process of energy performance enhancement on a regular basis and sets new energy goals.

We regard compliance with legal obligations as a minimum standard. The management informs employees about current legal regulations and the demands of our customers. All employees are called upon to uphold our energy management system. Every employee is obliged to play a part in ensuring the constant improvement of our energy efficiency. Employees are informed on a regular basis as to the activities and successes of our energy management system and involved in the system’s continuous improvement activities.
