L'Osteria Neumarkt
Roth, June 2009 - The cooperation between L'Osteria and Mangelberger took off at the start of 2009 with the opening of the first free-standing restaurant in Augsburg. Energy cost refunds running into 4 figures after just a few months of operation prove how perfectly designed and planned the technology and service system is. Which is why the Nuremberg-based franchise group's new restaurant in Neumarkt (in the Upper Palatinate in Bavaria) will also be equipped with Mangelberger's standardised distribution board and standardised technology.
The restaurant is sited in a superb industrial building - a paper mill dating from the mid-19th century - which allows L'Osteria to offer the people of Neumarkt fresh, Mediterranean specialities round the clock in a setting of timeless urbanity. Italian dishes only, but they are prepared with consummate care before the eyes of the guests, in an open kitchen. The right ambience and atmosphere, together with energy cost savings, are provided by the Mangelberger LightControl system. To make sure the energy-intensive kitchen appliances work at minimum energy-consumption levels even when in continuous operation, the Mangelberger standard distribution board includes an energy and utility management system developed specially for the food segment.
You don't know L'Osteria yet? That's a real pity - all the other L'Osteria restaurants generate the same unique sense of well-being. Perfettissimo! The other locations can be found under www.losteria.de
