For this representative renovation Mangelberger implemented planning and conversion of electrical installation, architectural lighting as well as building automation. Special care was taken with the arrangement of the lighting system. In accordance with the guidelines of the architect firm Ernst Bader, the detailed planning was prepared and integrated into an innovative building technology concept. Thus there are no more light switches in the entire renovated area. The lighting regulates itself as a function of the external lighting conditions and switches to the necessary brightness value only if a bank employee is actually in the business premises or a customer is in the branch. With the aid of precisely adapted control technology, the 24-hour area is always slightly illuminated. As soon as a customer enters this area during the night, the lighting, as if by magic, automatically gets brighter.
The technical connection of the bank and automatic teller machines also required a lot of care, because the availability of the modern service facilities, which make it possible for the customer to carry out the most important banking transactions even after the office hours, must of course be guaranteed at all times.
