Our technicians do not fly around the world quite as fast as Santa Claus perhaps, but for our customer McDonald's, they do travel to almost as many destinations. And if an unexpected disturbance at a consumer is signalled or the regular checking is due, then of course this is carried out, in the homeland of Nokia, over the internet. Around the clock our service technicians have access to all important functions of the control – as quick as a flash even without reindeer sleighs.
