How does one manage to recreate the inimitable colorful world of Ayers Rock in the guest areas of each individual Outback restaurant in this world? In order to be prepared for the installation of the German Outback branches, we wanted to know this exactly and, together with US-American colleagues, we took on the electricity installation for two restaurants in Florida and South Carolina.

The appealing, and even appetising lighting of the tables, display cabinets and the bar area is an obligatory component of the world-wide Outback expansion guidelines. It is implemented with a lighting control manufactured by Marlin Controls as well as a secret recipe for the special colouring of the lights.

Ayers Rock, which nowadays carries its original name, Uluru, again, had the effect of a magic place right through the ages. How nice, when modern technology also makes it possible to lend the Outback restaurant a little bit of this magic.
