No giant, and maybe different from all the others for this reason, T.G.I. Friday’s is now represented in more than 50 countries worldwide. In 2006, the first restaurant in the German-speaking world was opened in Vienna.

Over the years, Mangelberger has developed into an expert for standardised chain-store technology. The technical basis for an international expansion must be well prepared. Therefore the Mangelberger team travels halfway across the world if necessary, in order to develop a sustainable, tailor-made concept for its customers. For T.G.I. Friday’s, Mangelberger visited restaurants in Russia, Ireland and Italy, talked with the personnel and learned about the corresponding valid technical requirements and standards.
