The extraordinary market success of the Bonn-based Vapiano chain is proof of the fact that this fascination can be carried over into the system restaurant sector. The first restaurant was opened in Hamburg a few years ago, and the chain is now established all over Europe and the Middle East.
For Vapiano, Mangelberger developed a specially adapted standard technology which can be used both in Germany and in all other countries worldwide. One of the first projects that Mangelberger implemented for Vapiano in UK was its restaurant in Great Portland Street, London, not far from Regent's Park. Standardised electrical distribution, energy management and the LightControl system mean savings on the installation and operation costs and also create a cosy and congenial atmosphere.
