Von Beginn an war McDonald's Teil des neuen Konzeptes. Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung, Beleuchtungsplanung, Lichtsteuerung sowie Plug&Play-Installation für das, nach den Vorgaben eines australischen Architekten modern, beinahe puristisch gestaltete Restaurant, erfolgten sowohl bei der Erstinstallation wie auch beim Remodelling im Jahre 2005 durch Mangelberger.

Modern architecture in a historic atmosphere

In 1996 the start signal for the modernisation of the main train station in Nuremberg was given. From the beginning McDonald's was part of the new concept. For both the initiail  installation as well as for the remodelling in 2005, concept and execution planning, lighting planning, lighting control as well as plug & play installation for the modern, almost puristically designed restaurant, in accordance with the quidelines of an Australian architect, was carried by Mangelberger.

Parallel to this project, remodelling of the  McDonald's restaurants in Kaiserslautern, Kassel, Castrop Rauxel, Wangen and Albstadt, was carried out.
