Which enterprise voluntarily likes talking about its small weaknesses? We at Mangelberger set a good example and admit that we too, are not without faults.

For public clients we can sometimes be a little arduous. We love fast, flexible decision-making processes without time-intensive committee meetings and do not necessarily have a preference for outdated solutions - therefore we sometimes argue intensively for a  modern, unorthodox concept.

For this exact reason, the percentage of our order volume which is public projects, so far lies at a rather meagre 4.3 per cent.

Thankfully however,  in the meantime a multitude of dynamic authorities, which attach importance to attractive architecture and innovative building technology, have appeared; with adept project managers, who co-ordinate the planning to current needs and future use together with the service providers who support the implementation by cutting through the red tape. These are the types of contracts which suit us perfectly - in other cases we promise imminent improvement.
