Store Information System
The Store Information System (SIS) is a business process development based on the internet. It enables companies such as McDonald’s, Aldi or Hofer to plan stores and evaluate resources in a simple way. Yet it also enables specialised planners, expansion and sales managers and operators of other branches to input, control and optimise their operational processes. go to SIS
With the help of SIS you can gather and evaluate the information you require for the planning, implementation, expansion and operation of your stores. The system supports you with the administration and saving of energy as well as with the routine quality control (HACCP). Apart from a quick and easy usage of evaluations and statistics, it offers the possibility to adjust and parameter connected stores online.
Project managers, project planners, sales managers, expansion managers of restaurants and stores, energy purchasers, quality control – in short all those who are involved in the planning and management of concrete projects. The scale of the project is irrelevant.
It consists of four modules covering the subjects of planning, energy, heating-ventilation -air conditioning and quality control (HACCP), all accessing one common database and thus providing all information in an up-to-date and module-spanning way.
With the help of the Store Design Module the essential data of a new store are collected with all those responsible. Following this, an individualised list of interior components such as shelving, small equipment etc. is put together and ordered online at the various suppliers’. The order confirmations and invoices of all suppliers are also processed by the system and guarantee a routine control of costs.
The Store Energy Module provides the most up-to-date performance, energy and temperature values of the project(s). While directly incorporating the store design data, all relevant data for the planning of the store’s energy resources are evaluated. However, the module can also be used by operators of different stores in the event that they have been supplied with the necessary access permission. The data are accessible to the global energy purchasing department in an independent upper-level database.
Every 15 minutes the HACCP Module provides the most up-to-date temperature values of the connected cooling equipment and evaluates them automatically. While directly checking the relevant temperature limits, all relevant values are constantly checked and an alarm is triggered when critical areas are approached. The module provides sales managers and other authorised users with online rankings and statistics. The data are accessible to the higher-ranking equipment purchasing and quality control departments in a manufacturer-independent upper-level database.
You need access permission for the module you wish to use.
Access is possible only with a user name and the equivalent password. Every user can only view the data of the project, or possibly the project group, to which he has authorised access. All data is coded in the relevant store before it is sent and is decoded after reaching the database.
The innovation consists of the database-supported implementation of a planning, evaluation and control tool via internet, which allows several individual partners to share a common system and use its resources together, in the most up-to-date fashion and across international borders, in order to optimise their own business processes.
As an e-commerce application for all of its users, the Store Information System is defined as an international communication and transaction platform for the online planning, control and realisation of complex planning and control processes.
