Below you will find our updated General Terms and Conditions as PDF document. They form the basis for all contracts, business and actions between Mangelberger Elektrotechnik GmbH and its customers. Differing agreements are invalid without the written consent of the management of Mangelberger Elektrotechnik GmbH. In case of additional agreements relevant to a project the topics of the General Terms and Conditions that are untouched by this still retain their validity.

These Terms of Purchase are legally binding for all legal conduct between Mangelberger Elektrotechnik GmbH and its suppliers. Agreements differing from these Terms of Purchase require acknowledgement in writing by the management of Mangelberger Elektrotechnik GmbH.
