When we talk to our customers, we really want to know everything in detail. Which requirements are there? What is expected from the applied technology, now and in the future, which goals have to be reached? But close listening alone is not enough for us. No, we go directly to where things happen – to the stores, into the shops or the manufacturing plant. We analyse building preconditions as well as technical circumstances and quite often get to know new things about wishes, suggestions and ideas of employees.

This makes us detect potential for improvement that has long flourished in obscurity. Our made-to-measure concepts encompassing building services engineering lower installation, operating and energy costs, secure advantages ahead of the competition, are environmentally friendly and save the store personnel and manufacturing workers superfluous routine jobs.
