For businesses in the food trade and catering industry we have the legally required HACCP controls already integrated into our central store control. The temperature variations in cooling units are documented independently of the manufacturer.

If the values no longer remain within a specified temperature range, the employees in the store are immediately informed, if necessary also the regional manager or an external service center. Like all other relevant operating data, the HACCP data can also be accessed via a central online database.
