New Multi-Printing System plays a crucial role.

With its ‘Engrave Alternate 5.0’, Mangelberger has developed a multi-print system that has it all: due to continuous-inscription bands with a roller length of up to a maximum of 450 metres, the inscription costs are significantly reduced by every running metre. At the same time, the printing and the throughput times increase by up to four metres per second.

The fitting of wear-and-tear material is significantly reduced. Running costs for extraction units as well as replacement filters and their disposal are eliminated. At the same time we are improving our in-house CO2 footprint.

Sound good? It gets even better.

The new printing solution reduces the amount of handling time, because texts, characters and special characters can be directly transferred from CAD-planning software. Furthermore, the system makes available right away the relevant inscription fields for the 

circuit diagram, independently of the continuous-printing material and the width of the switchboard-installation devices.

The new Multi-Printing System ‘Engrave Alternate’ saves time and money. It immediately replaces the previous Gravograph-Laser System.
