Oldies but Goldies
Old iron? No way! Mangelberger is delighted to have the future support of a highly motivated team of pensioners.
In addition to the apprentices of tomorrow, we also invited their grandparents to the " 2024 Night of Training". We wanted to know whether the oldies would be interested in part-time jobs and extra money. The response? It was HUGE! That's why we have now invited pensioners to our own information event at the Kulturfabrik Roth.
At various stands, we introduced our guests to a total of nine areas of work for which we at Mangelberger could use active support:
- Phone switchboard
- Green spaces & urban gardening
- Invoice verification
- Mechanical assembly
- Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)
- Switchbord wiring
- Revision Technical Documents
- Personnel accounting
- Disassembly/assembly Circular Economy
In addition to details on the areas of work, we were also able to present individual work and job-sharing models for different types of pension, such as partial retirement, reduced earning capacity pension, widow's and widower's pension or early retirement pension, to the many interested parties.
A fireside evening in a class of its own
It was a really great evening for us and our employees. With a fireside atmosphere, full of dynamism and palpable Oldie power. A get-together that once again brought us closer to what "positive energy" means. With personalities who know what they want - and are really interested in the cause. And not just for free cookies and ball-point pens.
