The recipe of success: fresh to eat! At Dean&David you get salads, wraps and sandwiches, Thai-Curries, smoothies and fresh juices. Everything is prepared in an open kitchen, without the use of preservatives or flavor enhancer.
Following this all ingredients and dishes have to be perfectly cooled. This is why Mangelberger has served a custom-made switchboard system for the restaurant at the Nuremberg Tullnaupark that was tailored to the customer's international requirements.
