The success story began in 2007 with the first restaurant in Munich. Meanwhile Dean&David serves its clients healthy food
in almost 100 subsidiaries in Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Qatar.

The recipe of success: fresh to eat! At Dean&David you get salads, wraps and sandwiches, Thai-Curries, smoothies and fresh juices. Everything is prepared in an open kitchen, without the use of preservatives or flavor enhancer.

Following this all ingredients and dishes have to be perfectly cooled. This is why Mangelberger has served a custom-made switchboard system for the restaurant at the Nuremberg Tullnaupark that was tailored to the customer's international requirements.

Pretty cool energy management

The electrical distribution supports the automated reduction of energy consumption and provides accurate data
for HACCP monitoring. Irregularities will be displayed via App directly - recommendations for action on top. This way it is guaranteed that all the food is fresh and cooled at all times - without wasting any energy.

Despite its technical details, the switchboard system is surprisingly easy to handle. For Dean&David this means no costly maintenance procedures. The operator has all relevant energy and HACCP data in his App. Whether from the restaurant or the sofa at home.
