Our trainees are trained in all the relevant areas of the firm. This helps them to understand how tasks and work are done in each department and they also learn heaps – not only about the company, but about how different roles suit their own interests and abilities.

Open to novelty

Many applicants at first can appear to be unsuitable. Until we determine what talent lies beneath the surface. The guy who was once our worst electrician is today our best programmer. Because we recognised his interests and gave him the chance to change. And he seized the opportunity and ran with it.
